Bye bye pee.....

I have been potty training my little one this past week and she has had some success.  As I mentioned on my previous post on potty training, she usually says "Potty Power!" when she successfully goes on the potty.  In addition to saying "potty power",  she now says "Bye bye pee pee, bye bye poo poo,  I love you!" then she waves & flashes the toilet. My husband, my oldest and I have been laughing so hard....  It is very funny to watch her, but at the same time, she is so innocent and cute.  I wish she stays like this forever......

  1. Hi! I'm a new blogger checking out some other blogs as I build mine. I literally just started potty training my 2.5 year old today!! He did great! How's your little one been doing with it since this post?

  2. Thanks for visiting my blog, Ericka! My duaghter was doing great last month, but it seems like we are back to the begining stage... Some days are better than the other. I think my little one is ready, our problem is me not giving 100% effort. I just need to stay home for straight 2 weeks and make her wear underwear instead of using pull ups. That's how I trained my oldest daughter when she was 2.5 years old. Based on my past experience, pull-ups never really worked. My husband used to say "forget about feel n' learn, go right to Leak n' learn". Anyway, good luck with your potty training with your little one. I'll check out your blog after this reply.

  3. I have two boys, and so far - the "leak n learn" method as worked! My little guy has been peeing in the potty since I wrote the first comment on November 16!! I'm so proud of him. The only problem...poo! He's still unsure and scared of using the potty for poo. So, we're still workin' on it!
