My Shopping Trip at Walgreens 8/30/16

I love olives and found an awesome deal at Walgreens today. While I was shopping for olives, I saw an Ibotta $1.00 coupon for starbucks coffee as well, so I ended up grabbing one. My total came to $2.97, but I’ll get $1.00 back from Ibotta, so basically I paid $1.97 for my shopping trip. Love it. Below is the summary of the coupons that I used to make this purchase.

I used the following coupons for Lindsay Olives:
-Walgreens' in-ad coupon  $0.99 each when you buy 2. I  loaded this coupon to my card. Expires on Thursday 9/3/2016
-$1/2 Lindsay Olives Printable coupon by signing up on their website.
After applying coupons, they came down to 2 for $0.98.

I used Ibotta coupon for starbucks coffee
-$1.00 cash back on one bottle of starbucks coffee
The coffee was on sale for $1.99 at Walgreens, but I'll get $1.00 back on my Ibotta account, so it’s like paying $0.99.

Hope this helps and Happy Savings Everyone!

Indianapolis Wine Festival Giveaway!

All of the wine lovers out there, get ready to mark your calendar! The Indianapolis Wine Festival event is coming up on Friday, August 26 5:00p.m. - 10:30p.m. and Saturday, August 27 3:30p.m.- 9:00p.m. at the American Legion mall located in downtown Indy!

I was recently invited to their special preview lunch and had a wonderful time. I was able to preview what the Indianapolis Wine Festival is all about. I learned some great wine & food pairings info demonstrated by Big Red Liquors with complimenting food prepared by Oceanaire.  My favorite pairing from the preview was WarresOptima 10 year Port paired with sticky toffee pudding with a blackberry stout reduction! For me, the wine tasted surprisingly refreshing & really complimented the dessert. It was a perfect match. To be honest, I'm not a big wine person, but this particular wine grabbed my heart.

Whether you love wine or are just curious to learn what wines are all about, mark your calendar and attend the upcoming Indianapolis Wine Festival. You have the opportunity to taste more than 250 unique wines from around the world, learn about wine & food pairings, enjoy entertainment and purchase wine at discounted price.
